An additional 1 billion people in Asia are forecast to move into apartment buildings over the next decade. By 2050, 75% of the world's population will live in apartment buildings. Australia has over 276,000 HOA/strata schemes and approvals for new HOA/strata schemes are growing at 32% year on year. 73% of the people in Sydney already live in apartments.
