Vennd is payment processing software for the Counterparty platform. However, it does not turn Bitcoins into dollars. Instead, it acts like a vending machine for anything that can be represented digitally: stocks, votes, show tickets, and so on. We provide it as a SaaS application; currently provisioning is manual, but we're working on a configurator so people can customise and automatically deploy Vennd instances from our website.
