Trimph has currently developed, characterised and tested multiple products for dental (TrimphDent), and orthopaedics (TrimphGlue) applications with all products developed from the components that are approved by Food and Drug Administration for human applications. The technologies are patented (two provisional and one PCT, and US, Europe under examination). Trimph is negotiating with the University of Sydney to gain exclusive license to use and commercialise TrimphGel. The dental application of this injectable biomaterial is considered as the low hanging fruit. TrimphDent is designed to dramatically decrease the failure rate of the dental implants (10-30% two years post-surgery) by prevent the motion of the implants. This material also can work as an instant treatment for the patients with low bone density. The safety and efficacy of the products have been tested with three rounds of animal studies and a wide range in vitro and ex vivo analyses.
