Problem: - A person is sitting in a stadium watching their favourite sport. They want a beer and a hotdog, but to go to the bar/kitchen they will miss the match. Queues are long at half time - Stadiums want to provide a high level of service to customers and want to drive more revenue through F&B Solution - An app that users can download to order food & drink. - All payment processed through the app so no cash is needed - Bars provided with iPads to receive and fulfill the orders Opportunity - On average a customer orders 1.5 items of food/drink in an event. Meaning at a packed out MCG stadium 150,000 items are ordered.
