We Combine the ease of shopping for the best deals online and the experience of shopping in real stores. We solve the problem of lost sales from shopping cart abandonment by offering a solution that bridges the online to offline shopping experience, using a Mobile & Cloud platform and BLE Beacon technology. The platform is offered to "Clicks & Mortar" retailers on a Pay-per-Performance model and all analytics made available via web interface. There is a B2C play also with the RainCheck App for users to use for Omni Channel shopping experience.
