Imagine a site like Yelp or Eatability but instead of the business/product being reviewed it is the staff ! Customers are able to review the customer service experience they received from a retail store or service centre, drilling down to the person who served them giving both the customer a direct voice and the business owners/management a real look into what goes on in their retail stores and service centres. Customer service is in a steady decline and there is little to nothing being done about that, businesses are moving towards the online/faceless reality but there is still the need for face to face interaction and quality customer service is needed. We want to change the customer service industry!
