Fernvii is a social media app that allows users to share experiences linked to each image posted. Imagine Instagram merged with Tumblr, but a focus on experiences and travel. For each snapshot, a story is written to illustrate its effect on the individual - it could be a marriage proposal on an island, unwinding at a beach, reflecting on the childhood days with family at a cafe, anything. Fernvii will contain user-generated snapshots and company-sponsored experiences. But the requirement is that each image MUST have a story behind it. As a result of this, other users can understand the "experience" from another's point of view, which can aid in travel planning. There are 3 filters: Location, Experience, and Budget. Imagine a couple wish to plan a romantic getaway, and are unsure where. Simply click on Romance and all the snapshots tagged Romance are shown. It could be in Bali, Fiji, Melbourne, anywhere! There will be no hashtags to sum up the experience, just quality stories.
