Company TBC with interested investors

A very interesting prospect for an investor. A very good return will be generated on the initial investment with a short turn-around time (approximately 8months). A firm $38M offer has been made already for a 50% share of our infrastructure project. We would like to further develop the project in order to be able to command a greater price (we believe in the order of $140M in 8 months).
